The first show of the year has come and gone......
it started off great, Ginger won all 4 classes and picked up 9 points the first day........ but on the second day i had some ((cough cough)) technical difficulties and only got 2 points and won 1 circuit championship.
fred was kinda a jackass, i love when my young horses decide to come unbroke at a show. nothing like bucking out a 3 year old in public.
the highlight of the show was on the way home, i ended up picking up a new horse. she is a 6 year old bay roan beduino/dash for cash mare. ive been looking for a mare bred that way for years and she pretty much fell into my lap. she is broke, but not started on barrels. even if she isnt fast enough i have a killer broodmare.
